Jose is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and the founder and President of Studio Fitness. Jose also has specialty training in Tabata Method, TRX Suspension Training, Mat Pilates, Facilitated Stretch, Pre-Natal Fitness, & Post-Rehab exercise. With nearly 10 years experience, he has worked at large gyms and private health clubs as both a Personal Trainer and as a Fitness Director. Jose's vision for Studio Fitness is a quality, private studio that focuses on great service, great workouts, and great results!
Jose loves to keep workouts fresh and fun and specializes in helping people break plateau's and rise to another level of conditioning and/or performance.Whether you've grown bored with your workouts or can't find the motivation to get started, he'll put you through a routine that will reinvigorate your attitude for exercise.
