Karolyn is a PFIT & NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, BYoga, Yoga Minded & Oxygen Certified Yoga Instructor, and studies various styles of Yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Iyengar. Karolyn’s interest in health and fitness is fueled by a desire to promote complete wellbeing for all, through integrative medicine. Her holistic approach stems from a strong background in yoga, and has expanded into nutrition and strength training. She uses this groundwork to build individual programs for each trainee, to help them make necessary changes toward wellness, and ultimately reach their goals.
Karolyn's personal fitness successes include losing 20 lbs of fat and 18 inches through weight training , yoga, nutrition, and cardio activity and she completed her first sprint triathlon in 2004.
