FACET SEVEN

The Facet Seven system was designed as a guided approach to the training principles that Studio Fitness has always fostered. Facet Seven encourages a well-rounded approach, targeting balance in our fitness programming and enabling our clients to be truly functional people. Although our gym was already designed with this concept at heart, many members and clients still plateau doing the same workouts or classes day in and day out. We determined that we needed to construct a fitness roadmap that would make it easy for people to follow and achieve improvement in all areas of their physical capability and wellness.
